I often get asked for the most kid-friendly places to travel with kids. But in truth, our family’s travels rarely revolve solely around our kids’ needs and interests. Instead, we seek out places and activities that serve and are enjoyable for the whole family – mom included!
One of the best ways we’ve found to do this is to choose places and sites that are interesting to the adults, and to then share that excitement with our kids and find ways for them to get involved. London, of course, is one of our very favorite places as a family – so much so that we chose to move here with our 6 kiddos – and I think it’s an incredibly family-friendly place to travel in terms of everything there is to do. Still, I wanted to offer something that could help kids feel even more involved and to help make the trip their own.
